Dough Zone Dumpling House Tukwila Southcenter: Reviews & Ratings
Kind of fusion style Asian food. Very clean place and friendly servers. The food portion is on the smaller side. My soup dumplings were good. The wonton soup broth was a little greasy. The chive dumpling’s filling was a bit watery and bland. Overall okay place for a quick lunch.
We were a party of 7 and ate a late lunch before heading to the airport. The food was delicious. The service was fast.
We had so many different things and they were all extremely flavorful and delicious. All of the employees were very friendly and very prompt with refilling drinks. They all exude pride in the food they serve and the job they do which is rare nowadays. We had the Green Onion Pancake, Beef Pancake Roll, Beef Stew Noodle Soup, Banana Naan Bread, Beef steamed dumplings, Thai Milk Tea and Sour Plum Juice. Try it all! Your tastebuds will thank you for it!
Overall Rating: 4 of 5 (8.5/10) (We went back in April, posting review late) My boyfriend took me here for dinner, we love dumplings and he has been here before, it was my first time. We were seated promptly! The restaurant is very spacious and has a good esthetic to it. Our server came by to take our order, and I'll be honest. We ordered alot, what I didn't love was the server asking if we were sure we needed that much lol. I guess my boyfriend and I really are big backs. I could have done without the comment, but alas they were still polite none the less. The food started to come out, big hits for me were the Gyoza, Cucumber Salad, Chicken Soup Dumpling, and their Dan Dan Noodles! We got several other dishes but I didn't love them as much, still good but not amazing! The dessert was honestly my favorite part of the whole meal! A delicious banana dessert. Would love to come back here, but now that we know our favorites we would probably order less! (The drinks they serve here are also very good!)
We had a variety of vegetarian dishes including the special savory crepe. Everything was delicious. After our main meal, we decided to try the banana Naan. It was also very good, and not too sweet. The staff were very attentive and kind. The atmosphere is bustling and bright with a softened industrial feel. They've done a good job of making the high ceiling and wide open space feel a bit more cozy. We would definitely come here again.
They offers delicious and elegantly crafted food that makes it easily for beginners to get introduced to Chinese pastry cooking. However, Jian Bing Guo Zi should be named by its Chinese, instead of “Chinese Crepe.” It was super good, crafted crispy and thin. The sauce they used with more fruity than the traditional sweet sauce. Xiajiao was crafted with innovation, I can taste the “freshness, “the flavor of Xian in Chinese. Jiu Cai He Zi, pan fried chives dumplings’ should be filled with a hand-chopped small portion, not machine-diced sediments
I was craving dim sum, but wanted to try a new place, and this dumpling place was pretty good. Most of the dumplings had juice/broth in them which made them juicy and not dry. Note: They do offer water or hot tea when you first sit down. If you get hot tea, it's an additional $5.50 charge. * Pork and Crab Meat Xiao Long Bao 4.5/5 - Juicy and flavorful. * Sweet and Sour Cucumber 5/5 - Didn't come out pretty like in the pictures, but the cucumber was surprisingly very good. Fresh, cooling, nice texture, and steeped in a tasty sweet sauce. * Pork Wontons in chili sauce 3/5 - I didn't like this. The pork didn't taste good. The sauce was also not really spicy, more like salty and sour. * Q Bao Pan Fried 4/5 - Very flavorful. The bottom of the bao was pan-fried which added a nice texture. * Pork & Shrimp Potstickers 5/5 - This was the best item we got. Nice crispy texture. A lot of flavors.

The service here matches the quality of the food—attentive, friendly, and quick with refills and orders. The staff’s pride in their craft is evident and elevates the dining experience, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere despite the restaurant’s bustling and industrial-chic design. This space strikes a perfect harmony between openness and coziness, making it ideal for both quick lunches and relaxed dinners.
Standout dishes include the soup dumplings with their satisfying blend of juice and meat, the crispy green onion pancake, and the robust dan dan noodles, which deliver a richly spiced punch.
